A nameless CIA agent (John David Washington) is assigned to a new unit after a failed mission and his faked death. With no clear orders and only the word "Tenet", the protagonist and a British colleague (Robert Pattinson) embark on a spy mission in which the fate of the world is threatened by objects moving backwards through time and evil forces from the future.

Bei der Ankunft an ihrem neuen Wohnort nahe Tokio entdeckt Chihiro Ogino mit ihren Eltern einen verlassenen Vergnügungspark, bei dessen Erkundung die Eltern in Schweine verwandelt werden. Chihiro muss mit einer Hexe kooperieren, um sie zurückzuverwandeln. Dieser Film war 15 Jahre lang der weltweit erfolgreichste Animefilm und ist bis heute der meistausgezeichnete Zeichentrickfilm.

Die Astronautin Sarah Loreau bereitet sich auf eine einjährige Mission zur ISS vor. Neben dem anspruchsvollen Training ist das auch familiär eine Herausforderung, da sie ihre siebenjährige Tochter solange bei ihrem Ex-Partner zurücklassen muss. Der Film führt an einige interessante Drehorte: Das europäische Astronautenzentrum in Köln, das russische "Sternenstädchen" Swjosdny Gorodok und das Kosmodrom Baikonur in Kasachstan.

After the events of Captain America: Civil War, Natasha Romanov (Scarlett Johansson) aka Black Widow, faces her own dark past. Together with her sister Yelena Belova (Florence Pugh) they decide to destroy the Red Room where they were both trained as professional killers known as "Widows". But its leader "The Taskmaster" stands against them with a whole unit of mind-controlled assassins.

After losing her job during the Great Recession, Fern (Frances McDormand) sells most of her belongings to live on the road as a vandwelling working nomad. In this Oscar-winning drama (Best Picture, Best Performance, Best Directing) many of the cast members are actual modern-day nomads, portraying fictionalized versions of themselves.

An adaption of the Arthurian story „Sir Gawain and the Green Knight“: Young Sir Gawain (Dev Patel), King Arthur‘s nephew, leads a luxurious life. His mother, a witch, conjures up a test for his courage: A threatening green knight (Ralph Ineson), half human, half tree, turns up at Camelot‘s Christmas festivity to challenge the King‘s knights to an exchange of blows.
