The powerful Dark Wizard Gellert Grindelwald was arrested by MACUSA with the help of Newt Scamander. But Grindelwald fulfills his threat and escapes custody. He gathers around him an entourage that does not know his true plans: the rule of pure-blooded magicians over all non-magical beings. To defeat Grindelwald's plans, Albus Dumbledore turns to his former student Newt Scamander, who promises his help without realizing the dangers.
